Stunning new bags by Lee

Lee’s new bags are made from wool suiting off-cuts and old grandpa ties. They are fully lined with an inside pocket and button for closing. They also feature short or long and adjustable straps. The fabric motifs were inspired by Lee’s daughter Katja and her beautiful collage below.

Fingers crossed the weather is fine this time. Lee and I have a few new bits and bobs for this stall. If you are in Sydney, come up to the Mountains for the day, or if you are in the Mountains swing on by. The markets are right next to Leura station. Come and do your Christmas shopping, catch some live music and drink some beer next door at the Alex. Hope to see you there. Here is a wee taster of our newbies.

This is where we create. Lee in K’town and Lisa in Erko. Lee has been working on skirts and new bags made from wool and ties (pics to come), and Lisa has been a busy bunterer, cutting spare screen-prints up for beautiful bunting to adorn the next Swoon & Blues market stall.

Bluebird Markets

We are now back at Lee’s warm abode in Katoomba after a rather chilly, yet great market day in Leura! Thanks to Maria and her husband for their hard work organising today. We loved the stalls we had a chance to see, received lovely feedback from the public, sold some stock and met some really sweet folk.
